We are family owned business and have been in the Christmas business for over thirty years. We are now making our line of fine products available worldwide.
Our business is based in the U.S. Territory of Guam. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day unless on weekends or holidays. Shipping time from Guam to most U.S. Destinations in about 7 days. All orders are sent USPS Priority Mail.
International orders are sent First Class mail unless other arrangements are requested via email. First Class shipping time to most international destinations is about 14 days.
We take pride in the exceptional craftsmanship of all our products. If, for any reason you are not absolutely satisfied we will refund your purchase (minus any shipping and insurance costs). All items must be returned within 5 (five) days of receipt in its' original condition and returned via USPS priority airmail. We recommend dry cleaning your felt purchase or spot clean with a diluted mild detergent. If possible store each item individually in a plastic bag or place tissue between each item so sequins do not catch. If folding a tree skirt place tissue between the folds.
Christmas and baby quilts are all machine washable (gentle) using a mild detergent (absolutely no bleach). Tumble dry on low heat setting.
With the proper care your purchase will be kept in a condition to be handed down for generations.
